  • Saturday and Sunday weddings are currently available.

  • Set up is available as early as 8 a.m. for a Saturday wedding. Sunday weddings may not begin set up until after 12:30 p.m. An event timeline of 4:30pm to 10:00pm is typical however events may be scheduled at any time throughout the day (up until 10:00pm).

    • Covered wedding pavilion with extra-large fans for comfort

    • Bridal loft or bridal suite

    • Established restrooms

    • White round tables and white folding chairs

    • Picnic tables around pond

    • Full kitchen for your licensed caterer's last-minute preparations

  • Yes! In 2025, we are offering a bridal loft inside of the wedding pavilion. Beginning in 2026, we will have a bridal suite available at the upper barn.

  • Bridal portraits are included with your wedding package Saturday or Sunday package. Portrait session is booked separately for micro weddings and incurs an added cost.  Contact us to schedule your session now!

  • At the time of contract signing, a non-refundable 50% venue deposit will be due by check made payable to the venue, Gracefield Meadows, LLC, which is half of the venue fee depending on the date and guest count. Deposit is applied towards your final bills respectively.

    • Licensed bar service (if hard alcohol is desired to be served)

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required listing Gracefield Meadows, LLC as additional insured. Gracefield will provide you with the information on how to obtain this certificate upon booking.

    • Typical cost is approximately $185 for a million dollar policy.

  • In case of inclement weather, ceremonies and reception may both be held in the enclosed wedding pavilion with the fireplace as the backdrop.

  • Yes, in the fall (October and early November), leaf color peaks. In the winter (December through March), there are fewer leaves on the trees. The trees will start to bud in late April and be considered full greenry in July.
